The purchase of any travel services offered by The Trinity Tour Company constitutes a contractual arrangement between you and The Trinity Tour Company and represents your acceptance of the The Trinity Tour Company terms and conditions.

Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

Deposit & Final Payment

A non refundable, non transferable land package deposit per person per vacation is required along with completed reservation application, for The Trinity Tour Company to reserve space for you. The Trinity Tour Company accepts money orders, bank transfers, PayPal, and credit cards via PayPal only. The Trinity Tour Company does not accept Postal orders, Any fees associated with sending in any form of payment will be paid by you. Your booking is not confirmed and payment is not deemed made until the deposit is received by The Trinity Tour Company and you receive a confirmation and/or receipt. Deposits are required at time of booking to hold and to confirm space for you. Payment of the deposit indicates you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Please review and verify your receipt thoroughly and contact The Trinity Tour Company immediately if your receipt appears to be incorrect or incomplete. The Trinity Tour Company cannot accept responsibility if we are not notified of inaccuracies within 3 days of sending out your receipt. Meal plan payments may be accepted on the date of arrival for your specific tour unless otherwise noted it is due before. If final and package payment is not received by the due date of each specific tour, your reservation could be cancelled without notice and your full deposit and past payments will not be refunded. Payment in full is required at time of booking for reservations made within the final payment date of your tour.

Booking Cancellations & Cancellation Fees:

All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. All payments must meet their deadline dates. Any payment(s) not in on time as outlined on your payment plan, the guest will forfeit all monies and will not be given a refund of any kind should they cancel.

Standard Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees may also apply to any additional services, including extra night accommodations, independently supplied services, and optional excursions reserved prior to, during, and after the tour. The Trinity Tour Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour departure for any reason. If a tour is cancelled prior to departure by The Trinity Tour Company, The Trinity Tour Company’s only responsibility may be to give a credit on another tour at a later date. Due to any price change, the difference of price will be added or refunded.

The Trinity Tour Company will try to rebook the same vacation with a different departure date. If this is not possible, The Trinity Tour company may give you credit towards another tour.

The Trinity Tour Company cannot assume responsibility for any additional costs or any fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other travel arrangements.

The suppliers providing transportation, sightseeing arrangements and hotel accommodations for the tour are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of The Trinity Tour Company. All coupons, receipts and tickets issued are subject to the terms and conditions specified by suppliers. By utilizing the service of the suppliers, you agree that, The Trinity Tour Company will not be liable for any change in flight or itinerary schedule, strikes, delay, acts of governments, fires, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantine, medical or customs regulations, accident, loss, injury, or damage to you or to those travelling with you in connection with any accommodations, transportation or any other services or resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence or conditions beyond its control, including defects in vehicles, breakdown in equipment, thefts, delay or cancellation of or changes in itinerary for any act, omission, or event during the time you are on board the aircraft.

The Trinity Tour Company is not to be held responsible for the late arrival of passengers at airports or hotels due to inclement weather, nor are they to be held liable for payment or any refund for transfers or unused hotel accommodations or meals occasioned by such late arrivals at the hotels holding rooms as confirmed itineraries. Passengers must bear all such losses or expenses. To guard against unforeseen health or other circumstances, we recommend you purchase optional insurance. Covid: or other Pandemics. You are responsible for following all the laws for each country visited.

The Trinity Tour Company is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control. Cancellations due to state advisories and/or state warnings, Acts of War, War, Terrorism, Acts of God, Natural Disaster, pandemics such a Covid or other diseases or any other circumstance outside the control of The Trinity Tour Company, are not the fault of The Trinity Tour Company. Occasionally local religious holidays, national days, traffic conditions and other events may necessitate changes in the sequence of visits or the missing of certain visits. Great effort will be made to accommodate another trip or to revise itinerary, however, cancellation for any of these reasons will not be eligible for refund and The Trinity Tour Company is not liable for restitution.

Refunds:

No refund will be made for unused services, for unused transportation where group activity tickets are involved or for voluntary modifications made by they traveller. Airport group transfers are included in your land package. If you do not arrive or depart at the allotted time for any reason, you are responsible to make your own way from the airport to your accommodation, including any fees incurred and The Trinity Tour Company is not responsible for payment. Guests not using the included transfer will not be given a cash equivalent or vacation price reduction.

Participation:

For the benefit of everyone on your tour, The Trinity Tour Company reserves the right to accept or reject any tour participant and to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interests of the other participants. The Trinity Tour Company will not refund or cover any cost or expenses incurred for termination of vacation arrangements due to unacceptable behaviour. We have a zero tolerance policy on bullying and/or abuse towards anyone the tour at any time before, during or after the tour. This includes verbal, emotional or physical abuse. This includes all persons you come into contact with at anytime during the tour. We have a zero tolerance policy against any discrimination based on race, sex, gender, sexual orientation, or other. Any guest found to participate in any bullying or abuse will be asked to leave the tour immediately and will forfeit all and any monies.

Guests Who Need Special Assistance on Tours

You must report any disability requiring special attention while on tour to The Trinity Tour Company at the time the reservation is made. The Trinity Tour Company will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of disabled guests, but is not responsible in the event it is unable to do so nor responsible for any denial of services by air carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers. The Trinity Tour Company cannot provide individual assistance to a vacation participant for walking, dining, getting on and off motor coaches, and other vehicles, or other personal needs. The Trinity Tour Company strongly recommends a qualified and physically able companion must accompany guests who need such assistance. All guests with The Trinity Tour Company are subject to the Participation clause above. Not all sightseeing stops/sites accommodate wheelchairs and some locations and sightseeing activities require extensive standing, sitting or walking, sometimes on unpaved or cobblestone streets. The Trinity Tour Company is not responsible for any missed activities due to a participant's inability to participate with the group. The Americans with Disabilities Act is only applicable within the United States and facilities for disabled individuals are limited outside its borders. Most transportation services, including the touring motor coaches are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. Motorized scooters are not typically suitable on international tours. We will try to accommodate when we can.

Smoking:

Smoking or vaping is not allowed on transportation that is exclusively provided by The Trinity Tour Company. As a standard rule The Trinity Tour Company confirms ONLY non-smoking, non vaping hotel rooms.

Price Policy:

All vacation prices are based on our final rates known at the time of publication and expected to be in effect at the time of departure, and do not include airfare. Tour prices are per person, based on double occupancy (two people sharing a room). Single room supplements are listed for each tour and there may be reductions for triple accommodation unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to increase without notice, subject to the guarantees set forth below. Once The Trinity Tour Company has received your full land package payment for any land tour that land vacation price is guaranteed and you are protected against any land price increase due to currency surcharge. Any subsequent land cost increases are at The Trinity Tour Company’s expense, not including energy cost increases and/or any government tax increases. Tour departures are subject to itinerary modifications.

Visas & Passports:

U.S and Non-U.S. citizens must consult with appropriate consulates to determine if any visas are needed; you are responsible for obtaining all visas and entry documents independently. The Trinity Tour Company is not responsible for providing you with specific visa and passport information or documentation, for any fees associated with obtaining these documents, and The Trinity Tour Company cannot accept liability for any guest refused entry onto any transport or into any country due to failure of the passenger to carry correct documentation. All guests travelling internationally are required to have a passport. Most countries require that the passport be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the conclusion of your trip. It is recommended you have a minimum of three blank pages in your passport when travelling, as many countries require blank pages. Multiple-entry visas are required for some vacations. It is your responsibility to verify all visa and passport requirements. The process of obtaining a visa and/or passport can take up to three months or more. Some government agencies in foreign countries require The Trinity Tour Company to collect and pass on certain personal and other details related to you, including but not limited to government-issued identification and passport details. If you fail to supply the details as requested fully and accurately, your trip may be interrupted or cancelled. There are no refunds for failure to provide documentation or failure to provide documentation by the time required.

Hotels, Accommodations & Transportation:

The accommodations for our tours are never made public and are not listed on our website, for privacy of our group. The Trinity Tour Company reserves the right to substitute other hotels, B&B’s, Country Houses, Villas, Chateaux or Castles than those listed on your final itinerary. If a change becomes necessary for any reason, including alternate hotels for additional departures on the same date, or hotel location changes within or outside itinerary cities, the hotel substituted will be of equivalent or higher quality, when available, to those shown on your final itinerary. No refunds are provided for hotel changes; full cancellation penalties as noted above apply .Every effort is made to reserve only twin-bedded rooms. Occasionally, some hotels will only provide double-bedded rooms. These rooms will be allocated to couples or women only. The Trinity Tour Company is responsible for checking you in to each accommodation but The Trinity Tour Company is not in control or responsible for check in time delays.

Baggage Allowance:

Airport/train station porterage is not included unless otherwise specified in your travel documents. Please be prepared to carry your own suitcase on and off air planes and trains and through airports and train stations. On all our tours, your single bag should have dimensions not exceeding 30"x21"x11" and weight not exceeding 50lbs (22kg). We regret that we are unable to accept a second suitcase or any luggage exceeding these limits on any vacation. We do allow a small carry on and a small day pack. Carry-on bags should not exceed the dimensions of 12"x11"x6". For safety reasons, wheeled carry-on bags are not allowed as hand luggage on motor coaches and mini-buses. Carry-on bags must be small enough to store in overhead bins or under the seat in front of you on motor coaches and other transportation.

Gratuities:

Gratuities are included for services during the land stay of your vacation. This includes wait staff at included group meals, hospitality staff at hotels for nights. Gratuities for your Tour Director/ Hosts, Local Guides and Tour Driver (€5-10 a day per person), are not included in the vacation price and are discretionary. Driver tips will be collected in an envelope before the last day of transportation service and given to the driver as a group before their departure.

Meal Plan:

The Trinity Tour Company has devised a unique and customized menu plan. This Meal Plan is an addition to your Land Package price and it will be added to your receipt unless it is otherwise noted. All guests going on The Trinity Tour Company’s tours understand that this is an addition fee and it will be incorporated in their billing. The Trinity Tour Company takes responsibility in helping facilitate a meal where a special diet is required. It is the guest(s) responsibility to let The Trinity Tour Company know of their special needs on their registration form. If a suitable meal is not available, The Trinity Tour Company will advise that guest that special arrangements cannot be made and the guest(s) are responsible for any extra fees that are associated or incurred.

Not Included in the Land Vacation:

The following charges are not included in the land vacation price: airfare to and from the start of your vacation; Intra-vacation air unless specified in the itinerary, tips to your Tour, Local Host, driver, Local Guides, gratuities on ferries, trains, laundry; telephone; minibar; alcohol, beverages, and food outside of the contracted land package or The Trinity Tour Company’s Meal Plan, at a hotel or restaurant(these extra items will be billed to you before leaving the hotel or restaurant); airport transfers on late or cancelled flights; optional excursions; additional activities and excursions purchased online; porterage at airports and train stations; Travel Protection; and all other items of a personal nature.

Holidays:

During local or national holidays or special events, peek seasons, on Sundays, and during religious occasions, certain facilities such as museums, churches, restaurants, sightseeing tours, hotels, and shopping may be limited or not available. Alternatives will be offered whenever possible. The Trinity Tour Company cannot be held responsible for any closures, necessary itinerary changes or curtails for any reason.

Safety:

Please be aware that during your participation in tours operated by The Trinity Tour Company, certain risks and dangers may arise beyond our control, including but not limited to: the hazards of travelling by coach, boat, train, auto mobile, aircraft, or other means of transportation; forces of nature; political unrest; acts of lawlessness or terrorism; and accident or illness in remote regions without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities. The Trinity Tour Company will not have liability regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered. While The Trinity Tour Company will use its best efforts to ensure that adequate measures are taken, by agreeing to participate in a vacation and/or optional excursions you agree that you will hold The Trinity Tour Company harmless regarding any provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care rendered. The Trinity Tour Company is not responsible for such risks and dangers that may arise beyond our control. Payment of your deposit indicates you accept these risks and dangers and agree to hold The Trinity Tour Company harmless for such After departure, if the services included in the vacation cannot be supplied or there are changes in an itinerary for reasons beyond the control of The Trinity Tour Company depending on the circumstance, The Trinity Tour Company will take reasonable action to arrange for the provision of comparable services. Any resulting additional expense will be the responsibility of the guest. The vacation participant agrees that neither The Trinity Tour Company nor its affiliates shall be liable for any damage, loss (including personal injury, death, and property loss), or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing services, any insurer or insurance administrator under the Travel Protection Plan, or any other person. Neither The Trinity Tour Company nor any affiliate shall in any case be liable and you hereby waive any right to punitive damages.

Photographs or pictures appearing on this web site should be used solely as an indication of facilities and attractions. Actual facilities and attractions may vary according to itinerary.
